Dan is currently a student at the University of Minnesota Duluth. This upcoming fall, he will be graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in actuarial science and a minor in business administration. Along with his collegiate work, Dan passed Exam P this spring and he is currently studying for Exam FM which he plans to sit for in June.

 

Outside of his coursework and prior to working for Christopher Gross Consulting, Dan was the sole-proprietor of a College Pro Painters franchise in Duluth, MN. While owning the business, he stayed very active in the day-to-day operations by running all major facets of the business including human resources, production management, marketing/sales, and financial management.

 

After college, Dan has aspirations to start a career in the actuarial consulting field in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and to continue the journey to achieving the designation of Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS).
